1. About us

Local Locksmith (trading as Locksmith 24/7) provides locksmith services across South East London, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide locksmith services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency lockout assistance
  • Lock changes and replacements
  • Lock repairs (including uPVC door locks)
  • Lock fitting and upgrades
  • Security lock installation
  • Insurance-approved lock fitting

3. Pricing

We aim to provide competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Where possible, we will give you a fixed price over the phone before attending. If additional work is required once on site, we will discuss this with you and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Guarantee

All work carried out by Local Locksmith comes with a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, attempted forced entry, or normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 07723 514895. If we have already been dispatched to your location, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Proof of ownership / residency

For your security and ours, we may ask you to provide proof that you are the owner or authorised occupant of the property before carrying out any work. This is standard practice and protects both parties.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. However, we accept no liability for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or locking mechanisms. If we identify any existing damage during our work, we will bring it to your attention.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the work carried out.
